Nicole brings over 30 years of hands-on hospitality experience to her role as Sales Specialist at Absolute Business Brokers, giving her a deep, practical understanding of what truly drives value in hospitality businesses.

Her career began in successful family-owned cafés, where she learned the realities of running a business from the ground up. From there, Nicole progressed into senior leadership roles, ultimately leading an international team for a renowned coffee bean distributor, servicing hundreds of cafés across the state. This experience gave her a rare, end-to-end view of hospitality operations — from owner-operator challenges and staffing pressures to margins, growth strategies, and buyer expectations.

Having worked closely with café owners for decades, Nicole understands firsthand the emotional and financial investment behind hospitality businesses. This allows her to seamlessly guide sellers through the sales process with empathy, clarity, and confidence, while also speaking the language buyers respect and trust.
