On sale is a business with 3 Divisions, each extremely profitable and showing growth potential.
Vendors are looking to retire and wish to pass the success of this business on to new owners, so are happy to stay on, for a negotiated period, to train new management and/or staff and to help grow the business further.
The business comprises 3 Divisions:
This Division supplies a pre-formed thermoplastic material for asset identification, particularly to the water and wastewater industries, and for road markings or signage. The company has just started educational products for the Schools, Preschools and Council Properties. This material is more desirable than traditionally painted markings as it is skid-resistant, more durable, more easily visible during the day and night and is easily applied. Clients include the water and wastewater industry, councils and educational institutions.
The second Division supplies de-chlorination chemicals and equipment in Australia and New Zealand. The company has produced a range of de-watering and other associated products, produced locally. They have also developed a Wood Composite Material for the Water Industry, this material is made from recycled materials from the Mildura region.
The third Division supplies suitable fittings from Overseas for the Australian water industry. They have developed and fabricated specialised tools for the water and sewer industries. The company has licence agreements with major USA and UK manufacturers and suppliers to act as agents in Australia and New Zealand.
All divisions can stand alone or work as one unit.
Main clients are water boards, water contractors, municipal councils, large plumbing contractors and schools.
All systems are in place - while an engineering background is recommended, new owner(s) do not require a specialised skill set to run the business.
Business is turning over approx. $1,1 million per annum. And there is good growth potential.
